When your driver arrives, they will ask for a 4-digit code shown in your app. This confirms you are in the right vehicle before the trip starts. Three failed attempts automatically alerts Gozolt support.
Yes. All drivers on the Gozolt platform go through a verification process to ensure safety, reliability, and a high-quality ride experience.
Tap the SOS button visible on every in-ride screen. It immediately shares your live GPS location with your emergency contacts and Gozolt support. You can also use in-app anonymous chat to contact your driver without sharing your phone number.
Yes. All data is stored in AWS eu-central-1 (Europe), encrypted at rest with AES-256, and in transit with TLS 1.3. Gozolt is fully GDPR compliant — you can access, download, or delete your data at any time from within the app.
